Happy New Year to all (this is a late greeting).
I've been absent for the most part, and I think some of the help team members too. Sorry about that but I can explain.
I had a lot of mental problems last year and finally got to see professional help (freely provided by the university I'm attending) though I've skipped a few appointments. Life hasn't been going well at all with me being diagnosed with severe major depressive disorder. I'm trying to get myself back into being active in the group and I'm sorry about all the submissions that expired, those of you whose asks for a listening ear have been unanswered and anything else concerning the group. Hopefully I become more active.
Guys, I hope you don't get as bad as me mental health wise before seeking help. This group is a support base for you if you need someone but please, before things get very bad, seek professional help in any way you can if you feel that you may need it. I can't stress enough that professionals can help and if you can afford it and you have the support to go for it, go for it. This group will always be here for you to talk and vent and get a cathasis of sorts from just letting things out in your submissions.
